Welcome to learn.satarla.com (the “Website”), operated by Satarla Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the contract between you (“you”, “the learner”, “user”) and Satarla Ltd when you access or use our online learning platform, courses, and digital resources (the “Services”).
By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website immediately.

2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Users must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with site functionality.
- Use another person’s login details.
- Reverse-engineer or reproduce any course content.
- Users must behave professionally in live training environments (virtual classrooms, breakout rooms, chat).
- Disruptive behaviour in live sessions may result in removal from the session and/or termination of access, depending on severity (without refund).
- Any attempt to circumvent access restrictions (e.g., sharing Zoom links, accessing live sessions or on-demand content without registration) is prohibited.
3. Account Registration
To access paid or restricted learning materials, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping login details secure
- Not sharing your account with others
For corporate, organisational, or group purchases, a separate licence is required for each delegate. It is the responsibility of the purchasing organisation to ensure that all participants are properly licensed and registered.
Unauthorised sharing of accounts, credentials, or course access may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
4. Course Access & Delivery
Your purchase grants you access to the course materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to retire (remove access to) or update content during this period to ensure it remains relevant. Access is provided to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access; however, we cannot guarantee availability at all times (e.g., maintenance or technical issues).
Satarla Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or terminate any course at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation of a course for which you have active access, we will provide no less than 30 days’ notice via the email address associated with your account, or a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
Live training delivery terms:
- Users may not record, screen-capture, or distribute live training sessions without prior written consent from Satarla Ltd.
- Live online training is delivered online, with joining instructions supplied before the event.
- We reserve the right to change trainers or adjust agendas if needed (e.g., travel disruption, illness).
- In the event of cancellation by us , users receive a full refund or free transfer.
Refunds for live training outside the 14‑day cooling‑off period are not available unless Satarla Ltd cancels or reschedules the session.
5. Payment Terms & Refunds
All pricing is clearly displayed before checkout and includes VAT where applicable.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right to change your mind and receive a refund for any on-demand content or live training session. However, you explicitly acknowledge that by accessing, streaming, or downloading any course content, or by attending the live training session you lose this right to cancel. If you have not yet accessed the course, refund requests must be sent to knowledge-hub@satarla.com within 14 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, documents, quizzes, branding, and digital content on this platform are the intellectual property of Satarla Ltd or our licensors.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute training materials
- Remove copyrights or branding
- Share course videos or downloads externally
7. User Conduct
By using the Website, you agree not to:
- Engage in harassment within discussion areas
- Download content for commercial use
- Cheat, plagiarise, or use automated tools to game course completion
If we believe it to be necessary, we may audit access logs to investigate misconduct (e.g., shared accounts, unusual access patterns).
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account closure.
