- When you submit a query, complaint, or claim, you are initiating a dialogue with us, and you would reasonably expect us to use the information you provide to respond.

Your personal data is stored securely, and will be retained so long as deemed necessary (no longer than 2 years after last login activity). This necessity will be reviewed yearly.

Where we get personal information from

Who we share your information with
To provide our services, we share your personal data with the following categories of third-party providers:
- Learning Technology Providers: We use Mindsmith to deliver our course content. To enable your access and to track your learning progress, your name, email address, and course activity are processed by Mindsmith. Please note that Mindsmith is based in the United States, and your data is protected under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- E-commerce & Payments: We use WooCommerce to manage our online store. When you make a purchase, your billing information is processed to fulfil your order. Payments are handled securely by our payment processors Stripe; we do not store your credit card details.
- Communication: We use FluentSMTP connected to Microsoft 365 to send you account notifications and course updates.
- IT Hosting: Our website and database are hosted by GoDaddy.
How long we keep information
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If there is no login activity for 2 years, your account and associated data will be deleted.
- Notification: We will notify you via your registered email address 30 days prior to the deletion of your account and data.
- Email Logs: Technical logs of emails sent to you (via our SMTP provider) are automatically deleted after 60 days.
- Exceptions: We are required by law to retain certain information (such as invoices and financial records) for a period of 6 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
