In this live online session, Dr Rose Clarke guides learners through the principles and complexities of sustainability, and provides tools to enable sustainability to be effectively embedded throughout an organisation, through the use of practical risk management.

This course will explore how you can truly make sustainability and responsibility a reality, while also fulfilling reporting requirements of ISSB, CSRD, GRI, and beyond, through leveraging practical and pragmatic tools and techniques. Real-world case studies will illustrate how sustainability integration not only meets regulatory and stakeholder expectations but also drives long-term value and strengthens a company’s social value.

You will learn about sustainability and its importance to business, utilising risk management, engaging with stakeholders, developing sustainability strategies, choosing effective metrics and targets, defining appropriate governance structure, and reporting frameworks utilised by a range of disciplines and industries.

The key to embedding impactful and real sustainability into any organisation is the enabling and enaction of change across the organisation.

Key topics include:

  • Sustainability, ESG, and responsible business concepts and terminology.
  • Leveraging reporting requirements (TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, GRI, etc) to go from box-ticking to real impact.
