In this interactive online training course, our instructors will guide learners through the art and science of designing and facilitating workshops that drive real outcomes.

Utilising human-centred design principles, facilitation frameworks, and digital collaboration tools, this course will explore how you can create engaging, outcome-driven workshops.

Through leveraging real-world examples and case studies from in-person, remote and hybrid teams, you’ll learn how effective workshop design can enhance team alignment and shared purpose, accelerate decision-making and problem solving, and foster creativity and innovation across your organisation

You will explore practical techniques for planning and structuring workshops, techniques for effective facilitation and engagement strategies across a range of settings and stakeholder types, and methods for navigating group dynamics and ensuring every voice is heard.

Our learning is hands-on. Through live discussions, practical exercises, and group collaboration, you’ll practice designing and facilitating in real time, building the confidence and skill to apply what you’ve learned in your own context.
